A Clinic Can Look Impressive Online. We Want to Understand What's Behind It.
A polished website or strong social-media presence can be useful, but it does not answer every question a patient should care about. American-Guided's evaluation approach looks beyond marketing and considers the broader patient experience.
A beautiful clinic matters. What happens inside it matters more.
Credentials First
Verify What Can Actually Be Verified.
Professional credentials and applicable practice requirements are an important starting point when evaluating a provider. American-Guided seeks to review available information relating to the professional status and qualifications of providers we consider working with.
Where credential or licensing information is available through appropriate official or professional sources, American-Guided may review that information as part of its evaluation process.
Credential verification is only one part of the picture. A license tells you someone is legally permitted to practice. It does not, by itself, tell you whether they are the appropriate provider for a particular case.
What Patients Say Matters
Reputation Should Exist Outside the Clinic's Own Marketing.
Testimonials published by a clinic can provide context. But independent reputation signals matter too. American-Guided may consider publicly available reviews, including Google reviews and other independently published patient feedback, as part of understanding a provider's broader reputation.
Consistency
Look for patterns over time rather than relying on one unusually positive or negative review.
Responses
How a clinic communicates with patients publicly can sometimes offer insight into professionalism and responsiveness.
Detail
Specific reviews often provide more useful context than generic star ratings alone.
